Inroduction of current equipment

The die steel production line is equipped with electrosmelting, vacuum refining furnace,die casting/continuous casting,blooming,hot continuous rolling,forging,cold working and various heat treatment equipment and various other kinds of advanced testing instrument, specializing in production of high value-added, high quality mold materials; Our smelting production line has a few electric furnace with different capacity and LF,VD refining furnace with appropriate configuration and a few die casting operating line;

Large scale forged die steel module produced with vacuum refining+electroslag remelting+fast forging+ultrafining heat-treatment technics is characterized by high purity, carbide equality, tiny microstructure, which can fully meet customer's requirement for quality and performance of high-end products. Rolled steel production line is equipped with continuous heat treatment furnace, ultrasonic flaw detection, which can provide customer with a variety of excellent small size hot rolling mold material. Forging production line has advanced radial forging machine and forging press. Product varieties are large-sized rods, plates, large modules,forgeable piece.
